Such tourist sights as saraya of safed were next to the hotel. We appreciated the food and views in this property, it was suitable for us. Within 15 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

The location
Room a bit old-fashioned

The style of the hotel
Cleanliness
-
It's the environment, landscape
It's not worth a four-star rating. Lack of modernity, old, redo the rooms. They were very clean and staff were nice.
-
The swimming pool and the great selection of food at breakfast
Cleanliness, staff were rude

Well located, quiet and comfortable for an overnight stay to see the town. Staff were polite. Dinner and breakfast buffets were fresh, ample, interesting and well made. Very nice dining room with mountain views, good terrace on good-sized double room (No. 27).
Like its competitors in Israel, it charges 5-star luxury prices for what in Europe would be a decent 3-star hotel. That's partly an exchange rate issue these days, though given the wages paid to local (mainly Arab) staff, the hotel must be cranking out a very chunky profit for its owners - largely thanks to limited competition and a boom in tourist demand following the drop in violence.
-
The dining room is very pleasant set in a natural way overlooking the mountains. The rooms with the balconies also have a view. The pool is stunning and everything is well maintained.
The only problem I had was with the discrepency between my reservation with Booked.net and the hotel. With Booked.net I was informed that I had a room with the balcony and when we got there we were told that the reservation did not specify our request which was written on our reservation form. We had to change rooms after one night. That was annoying because I had to wait til 12:00 to move rooms.
-
Unfortunately after booking on your web site the Hotel had no record of our reservation on our arrival.
-
Atmosphere, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the help was very nice.
Food was not up to par. Dinner-salads and main dishes not good. Breakfast-salads did not seem fresh. Coffee not good.
-
Breakfast was amazing. View is great. Wine bar excellent and the guy serving there really helped us with tips for all of our trip through Galilee. Walking distance to historical quarters. Quiet and full of atmosphere. Note: we have been upgraded from "standard" to a "deluxe" room".
No elevators. No town maps in English available at the reception.
-
View was amazing. Location excellent. Buffet breakfast - lots of variety. Fresh and healthy food. Buffet dinner was also excellent. Staff in the dining room were pleasant and attentive.
The staffs' knowledge of places to visit in the area was almost non-existent. When we ordered a plate of fruit for 2, we received enough to feed at least 10-12 people, which was both wasteful and of unnecessary expense.

The pictures online didn't do this hotel justice. How spectacular the view was! We were actually above the clounds. The meals were wonderful and the view just breathtaking.
I was hoping there would have been a 'accessible' room for my Mom, which I had requested on the reservation, I had to help her in and out of the shower. Also, there should be better accommodations for those who have difficulty walking stairs or steep hills (I.E., elevator from room to building). But -- she didn't mind at all. We were all in awe of this spectacular inn in a most beautiful city.
-
room and hotel grounds were stunning - breakfast was the best we had anywhere in israel! hotel room was supplied with all the extras of a spa, which was very nice.
no elevators and lots of steps to lug suitcases up and down (but staff did help!)
-
Very comfortable ad wonderful breakfeast.
The weekend was really rainy and the room got wet. Also the spa had no timetable and I could not book my massage. Finally, dinner in the hotel was really good but it was very expensive.
